Netgear DG834
Since the early days of DSL, I have had a lot of modems. Perhaps it was because I was an early adopter, but it just seemed like nothing was completely rock solid as I would have liked.
7 modems, 4 brands and 5 years later, I’ve found the Netgear DG834. It’s fast, supports up to ADSL2/2+ (24Mbit), has a built in firewall and 4 port switch and looks cool!
I’ve put one in at home and one at work, and they are super fast and have not missed a beat. And they are cheap too.

Hooray for the DG834, I’ve got one too at my parents place. But yours is prettier than mine.
